Worked with several clients in APAC and BSNL-INDIA. Worked as Project Manager and Technical Lead for APAC projects. Plan, prepare MPP with all the cross-team dependencies and incorporate customer/client limitation time lines in MPP. Track the Project Cost and Project Schedule. Pull-in or Pull-Out resources as per regular Project Quality analysis graph. For several projects planned and design automated test suit their execution and get the trained workforce ready to execute new automations and projects.

Managed software delivery and their quality control. Do end to project from installation till go live and finally handover to maintenance team. Analyse customer end activities and update project plan accordingly.

Operation of core telecom services was main responsibility here. Debug and fix reported issues or involve desired team competent to provide resolution. Proved training of new telco features and implementation details to customer as and when required.

Core activities were development and unit testing of telco software’s. Taken up 1st project planing assignment is associative mode here and remain integral part of project plan team for 1.5 years.

Worked here on core SS#7 protocol testing. Roll out low cost, highly reliable protocol packet sniffer in Reliance Infocom.

Worked on telecom billing solutions. Implemented several patches on BSNL network. Provided online support to BSNL staff to manage telecom digital switches and debug critical issues.
